Yvette Heard is an ordained minister, Licensed Professional Counselor specializing in psychotherapy for individuals (children, adolescents, and adults.) As a Licensed Professional Counselor, and graduate of Mercer University's McAfee School of Theology specializing in pastoral, and clinical mental health counseling, she is a solo practitioner working with a broad spectrum of clients. Among her areas of expertise are clergy counseling, grief counseling, Christian Counseling, anxiety, depression, and anger management.
In addition to being a prominent relationship therapist, Yvette Heard has presented at national conferences on mental health, panels focusing on sexual abuse, and substance abuse, women's retreats, workshops, sexual addiction, pastoral care, Pastoral/Christian counseling and lunch and learn workshops focusing on workplace stress, and effective communication in the workplace.

Her therapeutic approach is to provide support and practical feedback to help clients effectively address personal life challenges. She integrates complementary methodologies and techniques to offer a highly personalized approach tailored to each client.
